I should never have bought...

After begging my parents for a laptop, I finally convinced them to buy me one last Christmas. I was given an Acer laptop, which they had bought new over a well known website.

Over the first few months it seemed too worked perfectly, but then problems started to occur. Firstly it started to drop the internet connection for no reason and I was unable to connect to it again without restarting the laptop all together. Soon after the fan started to be very noisy and would make funny noises as soon as I turned it on, making it very distracting when using it.

I checked the internet to see if this was supposed to happen, and came across several other reviews for Acer laptops where people have said they have had the same problem with both the fan and the connection.

Before I had the chance to send to get it checked it started to suddenly die, where I wouldn’t b able to turn it back on for several hours. Turning it on sooner than this would just make it die almost instantly if I didn’t wait.
I sent it away to get fixed and had it sent back about a month later and Acer had claimed that the problem was fixed. But about a week later it started to die again. After sending it to get fixed 2 more times, both where the problem started back up not long after, the warrantee ran out meaning I would have to pay around £80 to get it fixed, this was not worth it, so now I’m stuck with a broken laptop!
